Description

  • MARKET80 offers customized service on shielding curtains. Once the length and width of a curtain are determined, you can order through MARKET80 customer service.
  • Sewing work will be done by experienced workers in managing shielding fabrics. Every piece of customized shielding curtain is completed under individual sealed packing, attached with official supplier label and product catalogue.
  • Be noted that the required width of a curtain may vary according to different hanging approaches. For instance, the required width of fabric would be around 2 times the window size for curtains to be installed with drapery.
  • Simply contact us if you also require services about on-site curtain rail installation.

    CHARACTERISTICS

  • A premium, light-weight shielding curtain (unbleached ecological cotton fabric) against high-frequency electromagnetic waves.
  • Active blocking against radiations from cell phones towers, cell phones, WiFi routers, Bluetooth devices, laptop computers, television broadcasts, cordless telephones, microwave ovens, baby monitors etc.
  • Contains no harmful substance, no flame retardant and no chemical. It’s a high-quality curtain in accordance with OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100.
  • Washable, colorfast and anti-static as well as it’s easy to iron.
  • Basis for inspection includes
    • OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Class 1 (baby underwear) by STR, Swiss textile research institute
    • University of the German Federal Armed Forces Munich in accordance with NSA65-6, MIL-STD 285 and IEEE standard 299-1997
    • Measurement to ASTM D4935-10 or IEEE Std 299-2006 or IEEEE Std 1128-1998 or ASTM A698/A698M-07

    CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Washing very gently with max. temperature at or below 30°C/ 86°F. Reduce mechanical action.
Hang to dry after removing excess water.
Gentle ironing without steam at level 1 (low temperature at or below 120°C/ 248°F).
Do not dry clean with chemicals.
Do not bleach.
Do not tumble dry.

    POINTS TO NOTE

  • World Health Organization (WHO)/ International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) classified Radio Frequency electromagnetic radiation (non-ionizing frequency range) as possibly carcinogenic to humans (Group 2B) in 2011.
  • Curtain is capable of shielding a wide range of frequencies and it shows excellent shielding performance at non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation frequency range.
  • Cellular phone communication is fully unimpaired even the power density drops below 0.01µW/m² after executing shielding implementations.
  • Curtain does not contain「Nano Silver」which are tiny silver particles that can penetrate through the skin into body cells.
  • The maximum endurance of the curtain will be reached with compliance to the care labels and careful use. It's recommended all shielding implementations to execute a control measuring every 2 years by a measuring expert.
  • To avoid gaps and slits, an overlap of about 20-40 cm around a window or door should be provided. Make it as close as possible to the wall or slanting roof surface. Curtain should also be long enough to lie on the floor or windowsill or if possible even overlap the windowsill.
  • A variance of approximate 1.5% may exist around the length and width of actual curtain.
  • New curtain may have a scent with impact varies from person to person. For allergy sufferers, wash the curtain before installation.
  • Actual color of curtain may be different from photos due to various screen display settings and photographic effects.
  • Discoloration due to solar radiation is a characteristic of pure cotton and it generally does not affect the shielding capability of the curtain.
